By accessing and using the H1 Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Bookings

All studio bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by H1 Studio. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

4. Studio Use & Conduct

Clients are responsible for the respectful use of all studio spaces and equipment. Any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during your booking will be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of H1 Studio and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

H1 Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
